Went there for an Alignment on my Cubevan Great Place ! Great Price!

Highly recommend Lucky’s Alignment! This will be the first place I call when their services are needed. Can’t think of one disappointing thing to say honestly. Ron was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind. Staff were awesome and super friendly. The shop is very clean, service is fast, and affordable. I’m happy to know now that we have such an honest and reliable place here that I can trust.

I have been taking my varied vehicles from RV’s, vans, and cars since 2005. I trust them explicitly. Ron and Michelle are absolutely fantastic as is the service, price, the honesty & fairness, and timeliness. I come all the way back down from Calgary to get my vehicles inspected and/ or work completed. Absolutely the best.

Broke down the night before heading home, this repair shop was highly recommended by the towing company. They had the vehicle taken apart first thing the next morning and fixed! We were our way in no time. Excellent service, great bunch!! A 10 star in our books!!

I would give 10 stars if I could!! We were traveling thru MH pulling a trailer and headed for mountains when on highway a gopher hit the emergency brake lock and the brakes started smoking. Called Lucky's and the kind man told us to stop and get checked just in case a bearing was gone. Long story short they whipped us into the shop and in 10 mins gave us peace of mind that our brakes would be fine. These gentlemen are the kindest men ever....I highly recommend their services! They are just good people!!

So thankful they squeezed me in for the morning that I walked in and just took a chance they can help with an urgent fix. Good job!

Went to find out about a weird noise in my car. Nothing serious, Ben even re-torqued my tires for me. Didn't cost me anything. Great management and front staff!!! Best place to go in Medicine Hat!!

True local honest shop. I’ve been to other shops and dealers that will charge for any little thing they can find. This isn’t the case with this place. Michelle is the first person at the front you speak with and easy to talk to. Ben was able to explain the vibrations were coming from bent rims and reassured me about my alignment. I’ll definitely be coming to you guys are all my vehicles. Thanks again much appreciated

Ben was amazing , we were stranded on the highway and waiting for our tow truck. A gentleman by the name of Rick from near by Walsh , Ab , was generous and asked if we needed help. We explained our situation and Rick suggested Luckys Alignment in Medicine Hat and we are so happy he did. We showed up with our vintage truck being unloaded in front of the shop. Ben the owner managed to squeeze us into his busy shop. And diagnose the problem , order the parts and had us going within 24 hours. Thanks again Ben for amazing service , you folks are the best !
